All orders are processed within 1 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Fine Arts: As part of our updated policy, we have chosen to utilize UPS Ground for national shipments and UPS Worldwide Expedition for international shipping. This decision was made to optimize shipping costs while maintaining a high level of service.

For international shipping, kindly reach out to us, and we will be prompt in assisting you.

Additionally, it's essential to keep in mind that the shipping price may vary depending on the weight of the item. Generally, the heavier the item, the higher the shipping cost will be.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us, including a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at TheHiddenGemsEmporium@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

We do NOT ship fine arts or other large items to P.O. boxes!
